Ha, forgot about this thing. I'll leave this up incase I get the urge to make periodic posts, but they will likely be few and far between.
Since I went MIA a couple of interesting things have happened in my poker career. First, I quit playing :)
In October of last year I cashed out about half of my BR from Stars to pay for a week in AC at the ITH convention. It was an awesome time, and I'm sorry to see there won't be an official meetup this year.
About the same time Stars re-introduced limit HU tables, which I've always enjoyed playing. The effect of the rake at the low limit tables is devistating, so I did the only smart thing and jumped right in at the 5/10 and 10/20 levels. You can probably guess how that ended for me :)
After I went busto I decided to call it quits for online poker. Until about 2 months ago that is :)
In March a friend of mine transfered me $2 to donk around with him at .1/.2 NL, which I wound up taking to $10 that night. A week or two later I decided to start over with that ten bucks with low limit 6max LHE, but still playing much bigger stakes than my BR allowed for. Long story short, I am now well funded for 2/4 SH and enjoying the game again. While I still take occational stabs at the 5/10 game, I think I am happy back at 2/4 for the time being. There are still some very soft games there after 11PM EST just about every night.
So we'll see how things go, and I'll try to post updates from time to time. Oh, and note to self - stay away from the HU tables!
